For purpose and performance of contract that you have with us, to enable us to complete supply and fit kitchen furniture and appliances: –

Where personal information is located, how long it is kept and why.

• Manual Diary – 2 years – Current/Historical reference
• Software programs – Quoting/Design/Accounts/E-mails (All software programs are password protected) – 25 years –
Regulatory, Legislative and Warranty purposes
• Manual Client Files – 7/8 years – Regulatory and Legislative requirements
• Live Quotes for potential Contracts – 2 years – Pending decision
• Logistics department – Duration of work being undertaken – Smooth running and completion of task.

Card payment information.
Nb. We do not record, store or share this information.

Details are entered into the pdq machine at point of payment. Any refunds are normally paid by bank transfer in which case account name, sort code and account number are required. Refunds processed through pdq machine details are entered at point of refund. Merchant copies of receipts are destroyed within three months. Client copies, given to client, posted or destroyed at request.

Consent.

We rely on your consent to share personal information, provided by yourself, for the purpose of completing all work necessary as set down in the contract, for warranty registration undertaken by RFK and to inform you of RFK events.

Retaining your data
We will endeavour not to keep your personal data for longer than is necessary. Where it is not possible for us to delete your data we will ensure the appropriate security and organisational measures are put in place to protect it.
